Im a young guy so im sure i don't need to go all out with this stuff. Ill take a centrum or something to make sure im getting all my vitamins

as for diet, as i outlined, more towards lean proteins, healthy veggies. Im not going to totally cut carbs but ill defintaley reduce them. Less sat fats to keep ticker healthy

I figure ill give the bowflex a second, honest run. I could sell it for probably $500 no problem, and reinvest that. but i might as well see if i can get good results with it before i take that route
