oh yeah, workout plan is
day 1 - day 1- do chest and triceps. then abs (always do abs)
day 2- back and biceps. then abs
day 3 - see day 1
day 4 - see day 2

rest a few days

I could possibly stretch it to 5 days a week, but i dont know what the cost/benefit there is in terms of gains.
