Another solid post, ive bookmarked this thread again on my laptop :P
The creatine im taking is noxplode, its a mix that you are supposed to take 15 to 1 hour before the workout, depending on hwo fast it hits you (apparently gives focus, better pumps.. etc. see how it works)
so your saying take some after my workout too? Or would that just be a waste for me. Its kind of expensive (40 servings for $80, or two bucks a pop)
and after ill load up on my protein shakey shakes!!
