Yea that's basically just for creatine monohydrate. Teh problem with No xplode is it is also a NO2 supplement too. So in order for the NO2 to be in the system and give you the pumps and vascularity your going to get, it need time. It may not be good to take with protein either. That is basically a supplement specific time to take it. i would go with the bottles directions since you will get a lot more form the NO2 than the creatine in the short term.
