I usually do 8oz milk 1 cup yogurt 2 scoops of protein for a post workout shake, pre is 8 oz water, 1 cup yogurt, 1 scoop protein.
Where are all the carbs coming from, I used to take carbogain (which was monodextrose) is that what you are referring to?
