Jish, great idea on the supplements. I do the same thing, since they seriously don't make tons of difference. Creatine works, NO2 works, but your not going to get 10lbs a month because of them. They may make a difference of about 2 lbs a month or so when using them with a proper routine, but if they keep you on a schedule, eating right and working out, they have done the job. It's about cost to effect, how much would you pay for two lbs a month, on top of the two or three you may gain?

eBay rocks if you find a great source, and if you know eBay, your fine. Optimum is a newer line that has great quality. I used to buy Muscletech stuff there, because the american stuff was better, until they banned MaHuang.
