Yea thats why I am trying to alter my routine. Today I started my new regiment and as you guys suggested I focused solely on back and chest. On Wednesday I will do arms and shoulders. Today I did a bunch of different pull-ups with different grips. Did some bent over one armed row, some row machine, lat pulls, bench, incline bench, and military press. I also did some push-ups.

Does that sound good for a routine? Also I started loading for creatine and someone told me I am supposed to drink a large quantity of water with it. Anyone know exact numbers?

*edit* hows salmon for nutritional value?
