 gmml's baby pool: $20 buy-in
So I never really made an announcement yet, but (gasp) I'm going to be a father. I know, poor kid.
I've heard of people holding baby pool's for a fun gamble and to give a helping hand to those having their first child. 50% of the pool goes to the winner, and the other 50% goes to the house (the new parents). I feel kind of weird setting this up on my own because it kind of feels like asking you guys for money, but please don't feel obligated. I don't want to come across like I'm pan handling... let's have some fun.
If you fancy to participate, here's how it works
1) Send [email protected] $20 via Paypal.
2) Put in your guess for the Baby's sex, date, and time born, make sure to be specific to the minute. (For example: Male, March 18, 3:03 PM)
3) Whoever is closest to the actual reality of the birth, wins 50% of the pool.
4) The other 50% of the pool will be given to the doctors since they will be sending me a large bill.
Here's what we know so far
- The latest due date the hospital gave us was March 18. (A few months back we were also given March 20 and March 24)
- We do not know if it will be a boy or a girl
Rules
- Don't publicly post your guess
- Once you guess a sex, date, & time, that is your locked in guess.
- You can guess as many times as you want, but each is $20.
- Once someone guesses a sex/date/time, no one else can guess that.
- Price is Right rules don't apply on second though, closest guess regardless wins.
- Date/Time take precedence over sex.
- Time given will assume to be ET.
- Entries will be accepted until the baby squeezes out of the vagina.
