I got a 3 burner grill a couple of years ago at Lowe's for only $30 more. I like it pretty well. It has a stainless exterior, which is a pain to keep clean....

I have a buddy that says when he does brats or Italian sausages, he actually only lights one or two burners and lets them cook on the side without the burner. Supposed to cut down on the grease that ends up squirting on the grill and burning. I haven't tried this trick yet.

I like to put corn on the cob on the grill in the husk after soaking in water.

I also found that if you like to use butter, but don't want the calories, the no calorie spray butters actually do a fair job in it's place....
