H@LL is an example of how fast things can change in poker. Someone can be playing 2-4 NL today could work hard at their game and if they run well, in a few months be beating 25-50. And someone who was a big winner just a few months ago could start playing in tougher games and have people figure him out, and not even be a winning player anymore.

I think most people don't realize how fast things change. People assume that a big name who's been around for awhile, is better than a guy who's come on to the scene lately, but that's wrong a lot of times.

This is why I voted sbrugby. He's one of the top and freshest talents. He has posts from little over a year ago asking basic 50NL questions on 2p2. He's someone who has devoted himself to learning the game and you can see the result. I think it'd be cool to hear what he has to say.

H@LL would be amusing but there are only so many variations of "So how does it feel to be a has-been in the high stakes commnuity?" that you could ask him.

Anyways, I think people on this forum underrate Lyric a bit.
When talking to him about the FTR chat he told me that liquid poker actually asked him to do the same thing, which is pretty amazing considering Liquid poker has reg posters like Daut44 and Rekrul.

Anyways, i definitely think we should get a cash game player (since the last two were tourny players); so if anyone can get someone better than Lyric, that's great. Otherwise, lets just have him do the chat, i think it'd be real interesting.
