so you want people to bet on your dads tips , but he has so little confidence in his own ability that he doesn't bet on his own forecasts? If you are looking for a partner to move money into offshore pools , how do you know he wont just disappear with that money.

Not sure how the horse racing industry works in you country , but in the uk the odds are fluid and change up until the start of the race , and if you want to go online during the race as well. You'd need to take account of the change in the odds during the day as well otherwise the odds your dad is handicapping on may bear no relation to the odds available to the punter.

seems like you have a lot of thinkng to do before you'd even be ready to put this out in the market.
