Alright so I'm 3 weeks into my diet for the new year. I think the last week of each month I'm going to really change things up a lot to shock my system a bit, a kick start it. I would appreciate suggestions on how to add some variation to my diet. Let me first give you guys my basic diet:

For those that don't know, I'm 22, 5'10, ~160-165 lbs and workout daily

Breakfast
4egg-whites/2 yolks/3oz lean ham/1/4cup cheese
1 cup of 2% milk
2 slices of whole-grain whole wheat toast dry

Snack
1 cup of NF Yogurt
4-5 egg whites OR 15-20 pistachios

Lunch
Chef Salad with LF Ranch and cheese
1 can of Diet Dr. Pepper

Snack
1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese
4-5 egg whites or 15-20 pistachios

Pre-Workout Shake
80z water
1 cup NF Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Whey
L-Glutamine
Creatine

Post-Workout Shake
80z water
2 scoops Protein Whey
L-Glutamine
Creatine

Dinner
Chicken breast with NF Ranch to dip


Alright, what I am thinking is for the last week I kick out all of the dairy EXCEPT the cottage cheese. I might also add an extra protein shake at breakfast/lunch and after dinner before bed.

Any suggestions would be helpful, I think there is too much dairy in my diet.
