Are you saying that fruit will cause insulin spikes? ON the diet I was givenf fruit is on the menu, add it to the CC, it'll have little if no effect on the insulin
I'm supposed to have 2 cups of fruit and 2 servings of dairy. So you think I should add some cottage cheese with each fruit serving? Would yogurt work the same way or should I just skip the yogurt and stick to the cottage cheese?
