So got back from the grocery, thought I'd list what I got, I've completely turned my diet inside out. I eliminated almost all the dairy, and added in fruits and veggies.
6lb Chicken
Packaged (not canned) tuna
2lbs Pork Loin Chop
7 golden delicious apples
2 containers of blueberries
Eggs
Frozen Broccoli
2 large cucumbers
8 medium tomatoes
1 jar of almond butter (yea, almond butter)
1 container of non-salted cashews
1% cottage cheese
Meals will look like
-Eggs with blueberry&protein shake
-Apple with almond butter
-Chicken salad with tomato and cucumber
-Cottage cheese with cashews
-Pork Loin/Chicken Breast/Tuna with broccoli
-Protein Shake
