It's a reference to pot smoking, which I think is silly considering the circumstances.
Also, any cap-locked screen name should throw up donk flags. Or anything with NUTZ, or "gp333," or "flop" or maybe even certain hand names. Stuff like that just tells you they know very little about the game.
I find also that people who appear to be using their initials or some form of their name abbreviated are HUGE donks:
