Might be old, but if you're not aware of it, it's pretty dam amazing. I'll never eat a chicken wing any other way again.

ya, pretty much what benny said... the only way you can fail is if you leave like half the meat on the bones. Instead of wiggling each bone out, just eat some meat, split the bones, then eat the rest of the meat off the two bones...

Boost, I'm the same with my preferences, only they change while I'm eating. It's because the flat wing bits are more delicate and tender, but so little meat is there it leaves you unsatisfied, whilst the drum bits give a larger mouthful but tend to be a bit dryer and less tender imo.

Definitely going to try this. Next is the hardest part: picking the best kind of dipping sauce.

What Benny said for sure. When I eat wings I don't have time to be playing with bones. If I spent time picking out the bones like this vid I could probably eat 20-25 before I was full. If I just slam them like Benny said, I get 40-50 down. Don't take time to breathe or pick at bones, it's -EV on the wings/hr.

Actually, if you became skilled at this method, I bet you could pound way more wings/hr. But you would have to assembly line it, debone them all, then eat, instead of debone, eat, debone, eat, etc.

No way on the boneless, the skin to bone to meat to fat ratios are not good with the boneless.

I can't understand breading on chicken wings at all... they nearly are always just collections of extra grease that give you short-term stomach cancer... The whole point is the natural crispy awesomeness of the wings. This inherently excludes all boneless wings, but is more specific about why they suck so much.

Ya, I can eat like 5 breaded wings buffalo wings, then I just feel like ass. TBH though, my favorite wings are grilled. Only been to a few places that grill them.. but they are 10000x better than fried imo.

In the next 10 minutes, I would like someone to make me faux-maki rolls with rice on the outside, mango and a big chunk of saucy chicken wing, the whole thing rolled in crunched up potato chips. I don't know what to use instead of nori around the mango and wing to hold it together. Figure it out.

Why don't you give this a try: It is called inari zushi. Instead of seaweed, seasoned soy bean pockets are used for the outside skin. You can buy them in cans at asian stores. Some Americans call them 'footballs' because they're shaped like miniature footballs.

^ This, I can eat wings almost everyday easily. I don't, but I could. I think an even split of Wings/steak and salad would be a perfect meal rotation.

I hear you but just looking at the guy you felt he was damn unhealthy, and I was surprised it wasn't a heart attack that killed him. Besides colon cancer has been shown to be tied to certain diets, and more common in developed countries (i.e. places where you have access to lots of meat).

Yeah, but if you really understood the hows or whys of cancer, your mind would be in sweet demand. It's too easy to fall into logical trappings with something as sideways as cells broken in such a way as to grow into cancer.

You may want to go a littel farther than Wikipedia for your medical advice too. It's not the protien that causes the problem, it's the whole diet. Refined carbs, fatty meat and lack of good fiber type fruits and veggies. Typically high calorie, no substance foods. I eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight, but I bet my calorie/carbohydrate counts are way under most colerectal cancer type diets.
