lol at 3rd reply. Really though I dont see what makes you think this is so advanced. This is obviously on a pedestal and has no movement in the torso and we cant see but could possibly have a ton of space below the waist line as well. The 'bot seems to simply be performing a recorded sequence which is not great feat. All the room in the torso and the possible room below can easily be used to store whatever to control the pulley system that actuates the arms hands and face. In a true robot it would need the capability to not just perform a recorded routine but also it would need to be able to react in real time and interact with its environment. On top of that the torso would need to be able to articulate just like the arms and face and also it would need legs which means it needs some sort of gyroscopic mechanism to balance. ect ect.. pretty much my point is that by having this simply be a torso on a pedestal they are afforded way more space and are simply making a pretty cool puppet, but not anything close to the sexbot you(ok.. we..) so desperately want.Originally Posted by wufwugy
