What you need is size, strength, endurance, and no unusual lacks in mobility. I'm lacking in endurance, and can probably only take 100 five year olds. When I get back into lifting that'll go up to about 200. But those estimates could be way low. Nobody seems to acknowledge that the kids have a huge spacial disadvantage.
