Because some malicious pranksters in the past actually fooled some people into thinking they were someone else and caused a lot of senseless e-drama and grief, and more administrative work for me.

And there is no good reason to have more than one forum account. The only function it serves is to deceive or pull a prank. Neither is a valid purpose.
