yea, go ahead and job 6 miles a weak at 7.5mph pace and burn a HUGE 500 CALORIES total.

Hey, at least on that pace you'll drop a lb every other month.
While i honestly can't remember the last time i've done any cardio just to do cardio, this post shows a remarkable lack of understanding of the human body. It's also very common thinking too, unfortunately.
AGREED

1) Margarine ( JUST DON"T EAT IT) eat butter if you want butter.
2) Aspartame
3) "Good Carbs" (They aren't what you think.)
4) Alcohol ( Fat free is never enough)
5) Sugar/Fructose ( this means fruit)
6) MSG ( this is not the only name it goes by)
7) Soy ( how do you like your estrogen levels)

and...

8) Hydrogenated (And Partially) Oil / Trans Fat (Margarine & Vegetable Oil are big culprits here along with everything else unhealthy like chips and cookies and whatnot)

*A note about trans fat in the USA: If there is less than .5 grams of trans fat in 1 serving size then the amount of trans fat per serving may be listed as 0 on the package/nutrition label. This means that the food companies can just make their serving sizes smaller instead of making their products healthier. If hydrogenated oil is one of the ingredients then there is trans fat in the product.
