While i honestly can't remember the last time i've done any cardio just to do cardio, this post shows a remarkable lack of understanding of the human body. It's also very common thinking too, unfortunately.
Actually it's obviously not very common thinking as illustrated by this thread. Go ahead, use this as your cardio. I'm not saying some jogging couldn't be mildly-beneficial, it's just ridiculously less-beneficial then most other forms of excercise.
