An Irish Style Amber Ale. What we have here is another highly drinkable brew from the Smoky Mountains. Smells of burnt caramel, and malt sweetness. Taste is made up of earthy malt and burnt caramels. Bready in the finish. This beer reminds me of mountain spring drinking water that has had caramel poured into it. Very fresh and hoppy.
