Nothing beats a good old fasioned game of Warehouse paintball to keep in shape. 2 times a week, it's a little more expensive, but it's hard as hell to run for 2 hours straight without the proper "influence" Getting pelted by one of those balls is more than enough influence. You'll also go balls out every time you have the chance.
