    Default Interesting game/mind reading program

You enter a series of 0's and 1's and the program tries to guess it. I haven't been able to beat it yet, the program remembers your past actions and tries to predict your next entry, looking for patterns in the behavior of the human player. "The types of patterns remembered involve the outcome of two successive plays and whether he changed his choice between them and after them."

    himself fucker.
    that's pretty impressive.

I noticed that I could beat the computer if I watched the football game, pic random numbers and reduce them to odd (1) even (0) and just use that as my pattern. But that's kind of cheating.

The way to beat it is by flipping a coin and entering the result (1 for heads / 0 for tails).

This will beat in the long run.

The game ".. uses standard machine learning techniques to quickly grasp what sequence you're doing" but "pure random data can fool it though"

And that's me trying to out-think it, not randomness - it was well ahead three quarters of a lap around but some superb guns-sticking-to by me foxed the bastard

flipping a coin just ties the game, by trying to think about the algorithms it uses you can beat it consistently

    cool link though
