    Default IRC is not a registered protocal

    I wanna go on IRC so I'm cool but everytime I click the link it says 'IRC is not a registered protocal'. I did forum searches etc but I can't find whats wrong.

    Btw my knowledge of what IRC even is is approx. zilch.

    Please help!??

    Like Trillian? I noticed an IRC part on that but it mentions passwords etc. where do I have to sign up to ?

    You can use whatever client you want

    rite i'm nearly there, i got connected to/server irc.us.gamesurge.net but I cant find a #flopturnriver channel?
