Philosophy is part of the training business. Sets and reps mean shit if you can't get into someones head the other 23 hours a day.
That is not a good enough reason rong, if it was then you would already be fit, you wouldn't eat shit food, bread, chocolate and takeout/fast food. What would you gain from looking better with your shirt off except some pictures that obviously haven't embarrassed you enough to eat better 95% of the time? What does looking better with your shirt off gain you?
