If we take proactive approach we can play a positive role in incentivizing the FTR membership and build a high-performance poker culture in agreeance with this concept. Cascading this idea will require evangelizing from upper management in order to get buy-in. Going forward, I propose our first step be to establish a consultative committee to work the problem and establish parameters.
