    My point is that if you hold a fork in your right hand for the majority of meals, why would you put it in your left hand when eating meat for etiquette purposes only?

    cereal or eggs for breakfast

    pasta, stir-fry, lots of different rice dishes (wife is asian ldo), more pasta, chinese, japanese, indian, etc...

    Occasionally, we will have a dish with meat that isn't already cut up, but this is mostly in the summer when we can BBQ. And for those times I cut the meat with my right hand and I eat the meat with my right hand because eating with my left is like throwing a ball with my left...UNPOSSIBLE
