Let's talk hot sauce

Welcome to the club my friend. Let's talk heartburn and heartburn remedies (this seems like just as good a thread as any). I've started to get it here and there (it's not TERRIBLE) and I don't want to stop putting hot sauce on everything (that seems silly). Any ideas?
