Alright, big update coming. It's the start of day 2, and we're a half hour away from the beginning. This day will keep going until we have our final table, and with less than 90 players left, it may not be too long.

On day 1 they announced the first prize a few hours in: 1st place would be nearly $280,000. Surprisingly, even though there was a reported 300 player cap on the tournament, 392 players entered. 32 players would be paid.

Pokerstars.net did a tremendous job with this tournament. Not only was the party AWESOME two nights ago (As you can see from the previous picture I posted), but the blind and payout structures have been masterful: Most of the players have comfortable chip stacks and room to maneuver, even after 10 hours of play. The players started with stacks 200bb deep, allowing creative and aggressive early play. Here is where we stand at day 2.

Max "Massimo" Steinberg, one of FTR's finest players, has done very well so far, often dominating the table. He is looking very strong going into day 2, putting in many bets and raises such as seen below.

The chip leaders are Andres Wagner, the German, and Andres Ojeda, from Costa Rica. Notables still going strong are Jon "FatalError" Aguiar (Interview at http://www.flopturnriver.com/blogs/f...s-6-event-1-73), and Matt "Ch0ppy" Kay. Kay will be at Steinberg's table today.

Deanglow, an FTR member, is out as far as I can tell. If I see him I'll ask him what happened. FTR members AndyAKB, and Mcatdog, are also here, and we're having a fucking blast! Xianti should be down here today, I'll make sure to get some good pictures.

Good luck to Max!
