These definitions would never fly from a philosophical logic (barely from a mathematical logic) viewpoint. But whatever, it is what it is.

The problem with this is in the definition. If a majority could be all, then the sets could be disjoint. This statement is then false.
If majority := (population/2 + 1) through (All-1), only then is it true.
You could add:
Some P are not R
although it is trivial
