    Default Mansion cashout from steelers bet

    Anyone else haveing issues with verifying your ID? I faxed mine in a week ago and put my name and account number on there. I contacted CS asking if they can confirm they got the fax and got a canned response about waiting 3 business days and if they have issues they will contact me. I waited and called them. I was on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I emailed them again and no response. I finally got somebody via the chat. They claim they never got the fax (even though I got a confirmation from my fax machine). They also said I HAD to put my nickname and without that it would not work...um...thanks for telling me that before. So, I re-faxed my license yesterday morning with my nickname from the same fax machine and got them on chat to confirm they got it. They confirmed they got it - yay. Now I have to wait 3 more days.

    I have no problem with them checking my ID but I sent email to the ID verificaiton address and regular CS and didn't get a real reply. I tried calling twice and never got anyone. I tried the chat 3 times and waited 20+ minutes each time and finally got somebody. I'm sure they are busy because of the steelers bet but either way I'm not happy at all with their support regardless of whether they just handed me 1k for free.

    On top of that, my brother has the same issue. He paid $5 to fax it overseas and has to pay again to resend with his nickname. So, if you don't put your nickname the fax magically disappears. I could have scanned and sent via email but I figured a fax wasn't an issue. Plus, a black and white crappy copy sent to a fax is more secure than an image sent in color over the internet.

    Just wanted to vent and see if anyone else had issues. I know some people were smart enough to verify before the game. I'm anxious to get that money because I don't have enough in Neteller to get the stars reload or any other reloads.

    My coworker is in the same boat. I emailed mine in as soon as I bet and requested the cashout with no issues. She on the other hand emailed her id later and has not been able to cashout even though she should have been able to 3 days ago.

    I placed my bet ~1 week before the game. The next day I scanned my ID and e-mailed it to them along with my nickname and account #. I got a generic response that it would take up to 3 days to verify it and if they needed any additional information that they would contact me. They never did and I assumed it was fine. The day following the game I cashed out after having them reset my password (which I forgot, but called CS and was talking to someone literally within a minute). The money was in my Neteller account the following day.

    I don't know why but I had problems with the CS number they listed for the US. When I called, Verizon said the number didn't exist... I just looked up the toll-free number listed for Canada and used it instead. Like I said, I was talking to someone immediately.

    The thing about sending your ID via e-mail is that you have a record of it and you have a record of their response(s).

    Yeah. They are going to be swamped with these things. Be patient; they're not slowpaying you.

    I sent my ID in WAAAY before the game even played, and received my cashout within HOURS.

    If you want to contact them though, use the toll free number from CANADA.

    I would definitely send the ID via e-mail, though, because faxes can oh-so-conveniently get "lost".

    Hey Ensign, stupid question, but you seem to be the most knowledgeable about these type of things, but when I scan and email my drivers liscense, do I have to include both the FRONT and BACK of my drivers liscense?

    Most places require you to do this, and I believe Mansion this polciy as well. I'd just do it to be safe.

    I'm having no problems with them, the customer service has been great for me. It took a while for them to confirm my ID but they did, and now I'm just waiting for the funds to get back to my Neteller account.

    BTW, how long did it take you guys to get the funds into your Neteller account?

    I just did the front, and they took it. However, it's good general form to include front and back.

    I cashed out the night of the game and the funds were in Neteller when I woke up. So less than 10 hours. As for ID verification, I e-mailed them a scanned image of the front of my driver's license a few days before the game, then contacted live chat to make sure they got it. I had no problems with customer support.

    I just got an email today stating they just got my ID and to wait 3 business days from today. So, somebody sauntered past the fax machine and saw the pile of papers and mine was luckily chosen out of the 4000 sitting there. I feel honored. At least they confirmed they got it ..... again.

    Did anyone else get an email from them? It's not personalized, it's just a form letter.
