What the heck is the t critical value for a t with 7 degrees of freedom in a 97% confidence interval? When I need them I usually just look them up in a book I have, but this book doesnt include 97%. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, your my only hope.

Just calculate it from the formula. You just need to compute the gamma and beta functions. | |

I tried for a while to see if Excels statistics functions could get me this, but then I had to get back to work. The help file for Excel does have the full formulas though, if you need that ref. |
