I think the prosecution team did an unadequate job, prolly shouldn't have even brought this case based on who made the allegations, but that being said, I think hes guilty as hell, but it couldn't be proven. How much of that verdict is a result of the mob waiting outside. How many of those jurors were thinking about some retribution after the trial?

I think the real people to blame in this whole mess are the dumbass parents who sent their kids to his house in the first place. If I ever have children, they are going nowhere near anyone or anything who has had even the slightest allegation of molestation. The sad truth is that these parents wanted it to happen so that they could get paid. Its sick all the way around.

We worry too much about the youth of america. I grew up playing on wooden and metal jungle jims, octagon metal basketball posts at the local grade school, and I got a hurt a bit sure from falling down and jumping off stuff, but it made me stronger physically and emotionally. There was no timeout in my family. You either listened or you got your ass beat. Parents cant even displine their kids anymore without it being abuse. I didnt mind the ass beatings as a kid, its definately a motivational experience. My grandma told me what happened to them back in the day when they were disobediant. I got spanked with a leather belt, they got spanked with a leather sharping strap. I dont think I had it so bad. I am often worried about having kids these days. Personally, I dont think I could be the kind of "Timeout" kind of dad.

I never said anything about sending kids to get rapped. Kill the parents and get them out of the gene pool. I was just talking about children in general.

The man could've come to court and sat at the table holding hands with two 7 year olds and he would've been innocent.

Michael's as guilty as OJ was. However, it's that whole "beyond a resonable doubt" thing that gets in the way. If you hire any big dollar attorney worth his salt, he can plant enough "doubt" in jurors minds to get Charles Manson off. Add to that the fact that these jurors are California residents who, like them or hate them, are definately a different breed. I think all his attorneys had to do was point out to the jurors the fact that he could Moonwalk and he was already planning his next trip to Chuck E. Cheese to find new "friends."
