    Default Monitor help

I'm looking to buy a new monitor fo poker. My current one is 17 inch 1280 x 1024. I'm looking for an LCD with 1600 x 1200 so I can fit more tables.

Anyone have suggestions? This one looks nice :http://www.buy.com/prod/Samsung_Sync...202189343.html

This topic has been beaten like a dead horse. Yes the Samsung is a great monitor (for gaming or for poker).

I went for the Samsung 931BF, it has better specs except it can only do 1280x1024, but where I live it is half the price. I can buy two of them (haven't yet) if I wanted to for more desktop space. I can easily fit 6 "mini with chat" tables on the Prima network onto it perfectly. The 2000:1 contrast ratio and 2ms response time are sweet imo.

Do you know if there's a difference between the 204b-black and 204b-silver besides color? Cause the stock picture angles are different so I can't tell. I assume they are the same though.

Circuit city apparently has a black one for $320 free shipping, which is like 50 bucks cheaper than the silver on buy.com and newegg and such.

Ok so I got it, and its fucking huge and awesome and crisp... but there's a dead pixelm and its not on the edge or anything. It in plain view..... ugh, so I guess I'll have to pack it up and put in my old monitor and ship this one back, and wait for a new one, and hope it doesn't have a dead pixel.

Nvm, apparently I need at least 17 dead pixels to justify a replacement.... so I guess I'm stuck with this.
