Yeah, are you legally allowed to dock his wages for this? I don't know anything about these things but my uninformed guess would be that if he makes a big deal about it, you can't.
legally no i cant, but whos to say he cant have a 14k pay cut and i get a 14k pay raise. To do this all i would need is a majority vote from the board of directors(im on it) and that would be easy to get once they know the reason why.
Lol he just called me and told me he won a WPT scratch off lotto for 550 dollars and he was giving it to me. Good plan on his part, lotto tickets to pay off debt.
