The East Coast just sucks and Michigan has pretty much gone to shit.
Most of the East Coast sucks. Right place right time its a goldmine. College campuses (Clemson, Auburn, Florida, Virginia etc.) are the place to be and Spring Break in Florida pretty much has an unwritten "no fat chicks" rule.
