    do those gel-wrist-rest mousepads help?

    I've been using one for years for the keyboard. I love it. As for the mousepad, I've tried one but the changed angle felt awkward to me.

    And yeah, it helps with the porno-wrist. As a matter of fact, I like to squeeze the gel with the other hand... it feels sexy.

    Well it could be the mouse. One of the intellimouse explorer versions used to make my wrist hurt so I gave it to my brother and now I use the logitech mx510 gaming mouse and they actually have it on sale at amazon right now for 29.99 for the red one. Thats a damn good deal since I believe its about the best mouse there is.
