Not all 19" monitors are capable of that resolution...particularly LCD's (unless they are very expensive ones)

I am in the market for a new monitor (at least interested in looking for a new one) I have a 19" LCD that does 1280x1024...I really want one that will do 1600x1200..Considered a 23" and over Thanksgiving looked at a 30" LCD TV/Monitor....What are you using Fnord?? I really would prefer LCD...I don't want to give up the real estate to a large CRT again. I can shop around....but I was wondering if anyone had a nice monitor they want to brag on.
