    go team staal. its a shame that malkin and crosby aren't playing due to weakness.

    Staal is awesome for pulling the goalie.

    does shawn thornton still play for the bruins? i watched him beat up lots of people when he was with the ahl norfolk admirals

    Yes, and is a half-decent hockey player, as it turns out.

    BTW - didn't watch the ASG, but I caught glimpses of the skills competition.

    The most impressive moment, for me, was watchin Kris Letang and Duncan Keith vie for the fastest skater challenge... Skating backwards. Pretty sick.

    Apparently not many people agree with me because I see that a video of the race hasn't yet been posted on youtube, wtf.

    Anyhow, another great moment:

    Fear makes you soft. A 14 year old girl would be tough if she put the sort of dread in your soul that Crosby can.

    But besides that, he didn't.
