They didn't want to be in a bad spot if Luongo played a terrible game 6 cuz then it's "wtf do we do in game 7". Starting Schneider meant that they could just put Luongo in for the next game no matter what, whether it was for game 7 or game 1 of the next series.

Pretty tilted about game 7 on Tuesday. This is epic in a terrible way. I wish I weren't such a Canucks fan otherwise yesterday's game would have been amazing.

oh and the flyers with pressure on them and the flyers with no pressure are two COMPLETELY different teams (same with last year). it's like they're spotting teams leads just to make it fair or something.
