Im not sure if its true but POKERSTARS WILL LET SILVERSTAR LEVEL TO TRADE FPP DIRECT FOR MONEY FOR EXAMPLE IF I GOT 60FPP=60$ but im not sure this is true.

Nah, Bluffing is 27.5%. 2.5% is pure accidental presses of the 'call all in' button.
