New Subject:

Breakfast foods.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day (arguably, the post workout meal is the most important for us lifters-- I need to get back into that btw). Anyway, I've always eaten breakfast, but usually I'd just heat up some leftovers or throw some chicken on the grill.. nothing really 'meant' for breakfast, whatever that means.

Lately though I've been throwing a few pieces of bacon on a skillet, cooking it up, then when that's done using the grease to make a few eggs.. over-medium of course. Pancakes after that with a big glass of milk FTW.

Given how much I love the above meal and look forward to making it everyday, I want to start making more good breakfast stuff. What else can I work in? Sausage, hashed browns, fruits, full meals, whatever. SRSBSNS
