When they say 'tried to fire Mueller', they're clear that they mean 'told McCahn to fire him and McCahn told him no.' Then Trump met with Lewandowski and told him to go tell Sessions to unrecuse (or w/e) himself, make a speech basically calling the investigation a witch hunt, and instruct Mueller to only investigate Russian interference in future elections (lol). Lewandowski didn't do it, so a month later Trump told him to not only give the message to Sessions, but tell Sessions that if he didn't do it, he was fired (as if Lewandowski could fire the AG lol). Lewandowski gave the message to someone else in the WH and they didn't do it either.
This is the kind of shit circus Captain Retard is running. Come up with incredibly stupid ideas that show no understanding of the nuance or optics of the situation. No wonder he goes through staff left and right.
But hey, he trolls the libs so that makes him a great president lol. Four more years!
