Having that spotlight on his affairs has exposed a lot of nefarious tax shenanigans, not to mention the obstruction of justice charges that are surely available to press if not against a sitting POTUS.
He could also board a plane to Moscow at 1145a on January 20th. He'd be Putin's ultimate trophy, and he'd get to avoid imminent legal liabilities. The kicker would be if he took Air Force 1. It's crazy that this is only moderate-distance fetched
