also hes of the genetic elite and on drugs so leanness will come at much higher caloric intakes than for us normies

and hes not at 3-4% bf. maybe calipers or something else will measure that, but a true 4% bf is a big no way in his case. that is super super super low and he wouldn't even be able to be that active without passing out or something with that low of bf. 3% bf is basically hospitalized lean. bodybuilders get leaner than anybody else and they're like 5%, i dunno exactly, and the shit they have to do to get there is fucking ridiculous as well as they're only able to maintain it for a very short duration. if somebody tried to simply be a couch potato with 3% bf their organs would still shut down after probably just several days time.
I stayed around 7-8% in high school and I ate like shit and drank a lot of kool aid.
sometimes it just rolls like that because of genetics or total caloric intake/expenditure

fyi, chances are very likely that you were higher bf than that if you didnt use the correct method of finding out since the likelyhood of people not only estimating incorrectly but estimating lower than reality is mega mega high
I was on the mats, in the weight room or on the side of the road a similar amount of hours each week as I was in the classroom, and more if you include the summer. These days I'm a bum by comparison, but anyway I had to have my body fat checked multiple times a year as part of North Carolina's requirements for wrestlers because they're ga-ga apeshit over it.

Before each season we'd weigh in and have our fat checked and this goes into some sort of formula that tells us the lowest we're allowed to weigh during the season. But if you cut weight for this particular weigh-in (which you're obviously not supposed to but a lot of us did) it sort of fucks over the point. Then for random matches during weigh-ins we would have our fat checked again usually 2-3 times each season.
