Any foreign media reporting on this? Apparently he lost the semifinal because of a really bad call by the judge. But I don't know the rules so I can't judge myself.

The guy was blatantly robbed by the judges, the same thing that happened to him in the last Olympics except in the gold medal match instead of the semi-finals. Imagine working for something for a decade or two and having judges fuck you out of it twice. I'd be pissed too.
The follow up on this story is that the international olympic comitee has now discredited him from the medal. FILA has also erased him from the swedish participants list. As far as they are concerned, he didn't even compete.
