This is really my favorite part of the argument.
We started with your position being so obvious. And TC's comments were self-evidently racist. Your first post on the topic was to merely quote carlson's exact monologue!! Remember that!!?? That's the oldest trick in the demagogue playbook. You should have known it would have done nothing except make you look dumb.
Then we got into the game where we try and change what Tucker is saying. We try and twist his words so that he's being "equally absurd" as those denouncing him.
Then we tried the "cant we all just get along" play where the problem exists on "both sides" and other Sesame Street crap that still fails to address the question at hand in a way that respects the issue and the desire for an honest good faith dialogue.
And all the while we mixed in a bunch of ad-hominem crap about me, and my conversation style, and my tone and what not. Which is yet another fallacious debate tactic where you try and avoid the question by denouncing the one asking the question.
And now that you've exhausted all of that....we've fallen back on "la la la la, I'm not listening"
