I've found that almost everyone that rewatches, likes season two much more on their rewatch. I always liked it, and after several full viewings I think it's become my favorite.

yeah, someone made a good point over on 2p2. When watching for the first time, s02 comes as a pretty big shock. You don't really have any idea of the scope the show is going for. You don't get the low rises, docks, politics, schools, newspaper structure-- instead it's just like "wtf, did they do with my show?"

On rewatch, you're on the same page as the writers, you get it.
