dont do your community service until you inevitably receive a traffic ticket. ask the judge for the chance to do community service to pay off your ticket (throw in there that you are a broke college student and need to pay tuition). Get your community service hours signed off for the college and for your ticket. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

From my experience with school administration there is nothing you can do now. A lot of oficials enforce rules strictly because they can. I was made an example when I was kicked out of the dorms. I was forced to write a paper where I had to tell my friends and fellow people that lived with me in the dorms about what I did and chronicle their reaction. It was all a complete bullshit way for me to get the word out that you cannot fuck around or you will get booted. I refused to do that along with the class and as said earlier I have not heard anything at all about it. Until they contact me I am ignoring it.
